All products listed (including sarees and dresses) are subject to availability.
We specialize in:
- Sarees (Pure tussars, Chanderi, Jamdhani, Banarasi, Cotton, Fancy, etc.)
- Dresses (Ready-made, Ethnic frocks, Dress materials, Tunics, Kurtis)
Since many products are handcrafted or sourced traditionally:
- Slight variations in color, texture, or design may occur
- These variations are not considered defects
3. Pricing
- All prices are listed in INR (₹)
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors
4. Orders & Payments
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion
- In case of cancellation, a refund will be processed (if applicable)
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery timelines may vary based on location
- Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances
- Customers must provide accurate shipping details
Shara Threads is not responsible for delays caused by courier services.
6. Return & Exchange
- Returns or exchanges are accepted only in case of:
- Damaged products
- Wrong items delivered
- Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery
- Product must be unused and in original condition
Note: Slight color variations due to lighting or screen settings are not eligible for return.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
