• Minor weaving or print irregularities (common in handcrafted products)
• Used or damaged items after delivery

   • Clear photos/videos of the issue
3. Our team will review and confirm eligibility

Once approved:

• Return instructions will be shared
• Pickup or self-shipping process will be guided

4. Refund Policy

• Once approved, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days
• Refund will be issued via:

  • Bank transfer (if required)

5. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed only for:

• If unavailable, a refund will be issued

6. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
